About Dean Buescher

A Vintage Estate Homes manager based in New Braunfels, Texas, Dean Buescher represents high-end developments featuring custom model homes across Texas and Florida. Gaining early experience with Florida builders in the late 1970s during college, Dean Buescher joined Mercedes Homes in 1985. He began as a sales counselor in Melbourne, Florida, and achieved Rookie of the Year recognition, in the process setting a company record by selling five houses in a single day.

Attaining the role of division president in 1990, Mr. Buescher consistently led the company’s most profitable division for three years straight and set a record by closing 402 homes in one year. He subsequently launched Mercedes Homes’ Texas operation as regional president and oversaw all aspects of the company, from office lease negotiations to the design and building of initial models.

Prior to joining his current firm, Dean Buescher founded Buescher Homes and grew it from a two-employee operation into an enterprise with $80 million in annual gross sales. His corporate footprint ultimately spanned 19 active subdivisions across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, and he developed strong relationships with a diversity of subcontractors and suppliers.
